HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to get the Ombia stopped being sent to me since I got the trial product. No phone, no address. I found the phone number & tried cancelling the product. I had to speak to 4 people before I could get it across to them & I was denied being able to speak to a supervisor. I called the 4th time & spoke to Freddy. He assured me I got a 100% refund. I was treated badly by Treamar, Taylor, an unknown nameless woman. Freddy was very helpful. I was told I would get 100% refund. 5 packages equal. Cease & Desist taking $$$ from my account. Today is 6/21/17 @ 1:30 PST, West Coast.

I also think this is a scam. I ordered the 2 trial size products. I was charged about $11.00 . Before I knew it I had two charges on my visa the following month. One was $95 The othe $84. I called customer service. The girl on the phone was very rude. She refused to take the charges off. She was talking so fast I could hardly understand her. Then she hung up on me. I called the other number on my visa and she said my 14 day trial period was over and I didn't cancel. I didn't know about the 14 days. That's not even enough time to see if it worked.(which it did not) I am so frustrated with the customer service. I have never dealt with any one like them. The gel made my face sticky and gave me bumps. The molsturizer did nothing. Really really pissed!

Scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
In December of 2016 I saw an ad for a trial sample from Ombia Derma and decided to try the offer. Two weeks later, after receiving the sample I noticed two charges of $94.57 and $89.47. I never agreed to this transaction or did I know about it. Since this happened around Christmas time I waited until January and went to my Credit Union to see what I can do about this. They canceled my debit card right away and gave me a dispute form to fill out. I did call Ombia Derma and talked with a representative. They gave me nothing but excuses why I should continue with the product. I told them to cancel and I told them that I want my money back. After a short conversation they hung up on me. So I filed a dispute. After writing letters and showing the Credit Union statements to prove that I canceled and never even received the product I just finally received confirmation after almost four months that the dispute is over with and that I received all my money back. I am happy about that, but I am upset that there are companies like Ombia Derma out there taking advantage of people like us. In my eyes they are criminals and need to be shut down. I also blame myself for trusting a company like them. I guess I should of looked at the reviews first. Don't buy from a company that you never heard of, or at least investigate them before buying. I learned my lesson and hopefully it won't happen again.

RE; OMBIA DERMA FACIAL SKIN CARE PRODUCTS ARE A SCAM – UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES & SNAKE VENOM CAUSED SKIN REACTION IRRITATION REDNESS AND BREAK OUT

November 17, 2016

TD Bank,

CC: DR. OZ

I am disputing charges on my bank account from a company www.OmbiaDerma.net and www.OmbiaDerma.com of which are unauthorized charges to my VISA bank card. The only charge that was authorized on October 27, 2016 was for free sample of product plus $4.95 shipping and handling with no obligation to re-order the product.

I am disputing the other 4 charges from this company for October 28, 2016 for $1.99, October 28, 2016 for $5.95, November 14, 2015 $94.57, November 14, 2016 $89.47. Membership was cancelled on November 3, 2016, both through en email sent to their support@***.com with no response. I phoned their customer service 2x and was disconnected by their phone reps each time I phoned them. I want the overdraft charges reversed and deposited back into my bank account for November 7, 2016 for #35.00 and also for the most recent overdraft charges on November 15, 2016 for $130.00 = $351.90 total to credit back to my bank account effective immediately. I will be filing disputes with other regulatory agents / companies to hold this company accountable. They are not adhering to FDA requirements to list ingredients on the bottles of their skin care products with snake venom as an ingredient. That is against the law. And, Ombia Derma does not list the price of what they are charging to re-order, nor do they list that they are charging a person’s account within 14 days this kind of unlisted price for the 2 products, of which have no adequate FDA labeling. If I had known there was snake venom in the product, I would never have order it to begin with. It is a scam.

WHEN I USED THE SNAKE VENOM OMBIA DERMA PRODUCT ON MY FACE, IT CAUSED MY SKIN TO REACT AND BREAK OUT ON THE DERMIS SURFACE. I AM A LICENSED ESTHETICIAN, AND THEN LOOKED AT THE LABEL, WHERE THERE IS NO INGREDIENTS LISTED ON THE BOTTLE FOR THE CONSUMER TO CHECK AND SEE WHAT IS IN THE PRODUCT BEFORE USING IT. I WAS NOT SERIOUSLY INJURED, BUT STILL HAVE A SEVERE BREAK OUT ON MY SKIN, AND REDNESS, REACTION, WITH MANY SKIN ABRASIONS THAT ACT LIKE ACNE AT FIRST, THEN THEY BECOME IRRITATED AND SORE AND CAUSE REDNESS AND CANNOT HEAL EASILY.

Ombia Derma/ Trouble cancelling order

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Ordered a "trial" offer and then called in and cancelled(Nov. 2016) because I was not satisfied. They continued to send me product. I called each time (3x since 1/2017). each time I was assured the order was cancelled and a refund was credited. The refunds never showed up and I kept getting product. I just got another product and called AGAIN! This time I told them I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and they then agreed to refund me the last two shipments. I told them I could not find an address associated with Ombia Derma and they said they were a 3rd party customer service center and did not know the address of this company. REALLY????

Ombia Derma a typical sales scam

I purchased the FREE trial of Ombia Derma and paid shipping only. Did not receive any information when I purchased the product OR in the email confirmation about the shipment about cancelling within the 14 day trial. Then I noticed a $94.57 charge a few weeks later so I called. When I explained my complaint to the customer service representative named Dezhane, the response was monotone and robotic, obviously just reading what she was told to read and was not addressing my concerns. I asked to speak with a supervisor and again, was read something about there are no supervisors and she is telling me what anyone else would tell me...i.e. I "agreed" to pay the full cost if I didn't cancel within 14 days . I never agreed to anything and never saw anything in writing when I ordered the trial. I was told the charge could not be credited and then I was offered a 50% lifetime offer, at which point I was more annoyed and re-explained that I was not aware of the cost of this product when I ordered the trial, nor was I aware I would be charged automatically and I insisted again to cancel any further orders. At this point, Dezhane told me there was a $19 cancellation fee...are you kidding me??? At this point I asked again to speak to a supervisor and was told there wasn't anyone. I asked if there was another number to call to speak to the someone directly at the company, to which I was told there was no one else I could speak with. So, I explained to Dezhane that I was not paying another dime and to cancel my account effective immediately. To which, Dezhane told me my account was cancelled and I would not be receiving any more charges... and she hung up on me. A deplorable scam.... and obviously I am a big sucker!

Total Scam

Am still disputing with my credit card company over $94.57 charge. Also sent for free bottle with just shipping fee of $4.95 - absolutely NO information about a 14-day trial and subscription.

Would never have bothered trying the product with that pending price tag even if I loved the stuff! Also spoke to customer service and got a guy with the same monotone, rehearsed speech offering no help. Basically told me he just works at a call center that sells hundreds of products.

Have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hopefully my credit card company, who stopped the pending charges which I caught immediately, will honor their initial credit. So frustrating to deal with this kind of nonsense.

TOTAL SCAM

They intentionally hide where it says they will CONTINUE to charge you. They take the money out of your account as Ehealth and imagetrail (Which shows up as book /magazine companies)..when you try to cancel it they make you pay a restocking fee of $9.99 per shipment. Total scam.

They will tell you that you cannot return a skincare product. I should have googled this . Total scam artists. Ombia Derma Terms and Conditions

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Ombia Derma @ Fit-Healthy 365 is not that transparent... Do not fall for the free trial offer. They get you with the 'Terms & Conditions'. If you don't read the verbiage you will not notice that you are signing up for a monthly subscription at 94 bucks a whack. Funny thing is, you will not receive any product monthly and your credit card will be charged. Customer Service will not provide full refunds and will try to give you a percentage refund to close the books. Company does not take returns and the only product that was ever shipped to us was the sample bottle. CSR will not provide their names nor allow you to speak to a manager. Buyer Beware... They ran off if my hard earned money!

OmbiaDerma SCAMMED $200

The OmbiaDerma ads are deceitful saying it is recommended by Dr. Oz and formulated by Christie Brinkley! I tried a "trial" for $4.95 on Oct. 30. On Nov. 10, I was charged $94.57 for that. When I saw my Visa bill, I called on Dec 8 to get information about this. They agreed to a small percentage refund, and I canceled my so-called subscription. Then I was charged again that same day (Dec 8) for another $94.57. So I had two charges of $94.57 before I knew it. I have NEVER agreed to a subscription like this, however they say I did on their web Visa charge page. Being an intelligent person, I feel very *** and very ripped off, and $200 LOST TO A BIG SCAM!

It was very clever and deceitful of you to hide the page that tells you that if not cancelled in 14 days a shipment will be sent to you ($94.57) You had to SEARCH out this page yourself. I signed up for a sample of this product --needed only to pay the shipping. No where on the page that had the form used to sign up for this offer stated any further information regarding automatic shipments.I am not so sure that this is legal, as you obviously deliberately hid this from your customers as fraudulent advertising. there was nothing FREE about this product How many others people have you sucked into this little scheme of yours?

Were you able to find the contact number for the company directly?

They have charged me hundreds of dollars with deceptive information.

The company taking their orders is hired by them and has no right to do anything but take or cancel orders.

Thank you
